The Samsung monitor appears to be PLS(Samsung's own IPS), but I am 100% sure.

I know I should have typed "I am not 100% sure.". It was nearly 4:00 AM and I was tired.

Ipad air 16gb wifi only $447 if you don't need cellular. N

    • Yeah I couldn't justify it after TGG Has it for $375 around a month ago

don't bother with 16gb versions, you actually have less then 12Gb to use and you'll spend your life deleting/re-installing apps just to clear up space just for IOS updates.

I can't believe they still sell for this price, I got the wifi version from Kogan (yep grey import) over 18mths ago for $390. It was released Oct 2013, so it's expensive for 2&1/2yo tablet (although kudos to Apple for it still being capable to run smoothly).

Top: if you don't have space for an over-the-air update you can always install an update by plugging your iPad into your computer and syncing with iTunes.

I wouldn't recommend 16GB for a phone but for an iPad it's quite viable if you're not using it for photography, video or extensive gaming.

      • Assuming you have a computer with itunes.
Our ipad is for kids…even abc kids play racks up over a 1gb with cached content. Not to mention other apps such toca hair salon where you take photos quickly chew up space.

Everyone has different uses. For some it's OK. No need to aassume everyone has uses you have.

True the 16Gb is a bit "light" on storage but for a passive web/email and thin app user it's fine.

I picked up the 16Gb Wifi Only for $447 yesterday - heaps of stock in the Tuggeranong store (20+ units of Silver).

Taking it overseas so TRS refund means it's about $404.
