It is a good deal but the only thing that puts me off is the number of giftcards.. makes it rather troublesome to convert them to Coles Myer giftcards. If only it comes in larger denominations!

ok, I ordered the $1000 bundle. Got Paypal confirmation, none from the store in over 30 minutes. Getting anxious.
Got an email this morning from them claiming no payment and threatening they'll cancel the order. Payed via PayPal with my credit card.

some questions for folk that use these cards:
a) can I use multiple cards in one transaction?
b) if so, can I use them like this in the self-serve checkout or do I need a checkout chick/dude to type in the exact amount if card (a) has less than my purchase amount on it?
My local Coles has become terrible for finding an open register since they installed the self-serve so I usually use that 97% of the time. plus, I can't stand queuing :-)

I buy mine through a relatives union membership at Union Shopper,the postage and handling fees are a killer so it actually comes out at 4% off but i live in the country so i have to have them mailed out,dont even know if you can buy them direct from them.No e gift cards either actual physical gift cards.Notsure if its worth doing it again.Any one have any better ideas?
A bit off the topic.. but the postage is only $4.5 so if you order 1K or more each time it's not bad. Also, you can call them directly to order and if you tell them you are paying with a VISA/Mastercard debit card, there's no 1% surcharge.. So pretty close to 5% discount still.

Thanks for response i was replying to Pigey.Its not the $4.50 postage i care about but they charge me from memory about $9 handling charge per $500 gift cards ,thats the killer .Am i doing something wrong? I thought everyone got charged this?
@Triple J: You got charged $4.50 of shipping fee plus $5 (1% credit card surcharge) for $500 card order ($9.50 in total). So in order to get better bang for your buck, order a larger amount ($1000+) each time and call them directly and quote "I will be paying with a debit card".
the easiest and only way for gift cards is pay with paypal using your credit card, and do a charge back if it doesn't arrive.
how long do you have until u cant charge back though? and would you be charged a fee by the bank/paypal?
it varies by bank, I have read 60 to 90 days.
I have only done it once, and it was very straight forward.
the bank will give you the funds straight away, but then the seller has 45 days to respond, so a bit of waiting before finalised.there are no fees charged by the bank or paypal.
Its almost 2 hours since I ordered, haven't got any confirmation email yet!
