Got a couple of them, led is red, has two modes: always on and flashing. Comes with 2 x CR2032 batteries, which probably already cost more than 15 cents. It is on clearance. Had about 10 of them at Kmart, Hurstville Westfield NSW. It was in the cycling accessories section. Not sure if it is nationwide but I've noticed it at other Kmart store but it was always sold out. Only the clearance price tag showing.
