      $10

shipping is either $10 or $32 depending on how heavy the items you are in your cart.

2 padded jackets and a hoodie could be had for $10 shipping.

If i added just one more thing (pair of undies) it tipped it over to $32 express shipping (no option for standard shipping).

    • Placed an order for 8 items and it came to AU$31; no options.

      • Do it as 3 separate orders and you'll save $1.06…but lose express and get regular delivery if money is more important than time

        • I ordered 4 items and shipping was $10. It's not the item count that they work it out on, so it may only come to $20 if you did two orders.

  • Delivery for St Leonard NSW is $32?

    • It seems some items (e.g. puffer jackets) can only be delivered via express post.

  • +5

Delivery is the killer. 32 dollars for three items.

    • Yep delivery kills it for me.

    Oh god.

I have learnt my lesson after buying 50 Slazenger tshirts and shorts from Sports Direct for $1 each a year or two ago.

Word of advice to people who want to buy a lot of these: Save yourself the hassle and don't buy too much! I open my wardrobe everyday to find my bloody Slazenger tshirts falling down every single time and I don't even wear them anymore due to Tshirt fatigue.

The only good thing that came of this was that I ended up donating more than 50% of them to the Nepal Earthquake victims.

    • +12

I still have 1/2 of them in their plastic bags and they fall from the top of my cupboard. Do not see myself needing 20 pairs of shorts, but hey it was a bargain.

      • +2

        Same here guys.

        • +12

Watching TV with a grey slazenger shirt now…..don't regret it!!!

        • +7

Sew them together and make curtains?

        • +3

          @aerona:

winter is coming - sew them in to a quilt :-)

        • +1

@shakoo: you know as stupid as that may sound. It could actually work. Sewing the open ends shut and stiching all the shorts together. I think if I had a sew I would be doing this

        • @aerona:
          thanks… i think? ;-)

    • +2

God that was a hilarious. What a ride.

I have a large top drawer literally stacked with nothing but slazenger socks, i wash socks every couple of months. It's awesome.

      • +1

You mean to say you stash worn socks for a couple of months somewhere in your house too ;)

        • Lol, yeah, I was wondering if someone would pick up on that.

    • +3

The other a friend commented that I had changed my clothing style and I realized that I was not wearing my Slazenger shorts.

i dunno how it happened but i somehow negged your comment and i dunno how to undo it. sorry mate?

        • @supitysup: I undid it for ya mate

        • @supitysup: I forgive you!

    • Tip of the week!

    • Charges me $30+ for shipping when I do that. It's really not a benefit unless you are ordering LOTS of stuff.

    • +2

you can also just change the currency to NZD!

    • +2

Excellent tip, but I only saved around 6% on exchange rate. 1 AUD = 0.935859 NZD

  • +2

In terms of shipping after adding/taking things out of my cart and checking out I found:

If you add anything bulky like a hoody or a bomber jacket, you can only choose the expensive express option.

If its lighter stuff like t-shirts etc (even zip up jackets are okay it seems, but nothing with a hood), you can use the normal $10 shipping.

    • +1

Ordered 2 hoodies ~ along with shirt and shorts - 9.98 (NZD) shipping

    • I was able to get a bomber jacket with three light pieces of clothing, shipped for 10 dollars. I was using the NZ site though, it might be different for the Aus site?

    • I got a bomber jacket, hybrid jacket and wool v-neck jumper and it's still $9.98.

  • Thanks EC, feel like a knob wearing Everlast, but got a jacket and one of the thicker looking hoodies for $44 NZD delivered. Do love a Sports Direct sale.

    • Why feel like a knob; do you even lift? It's sportswear, ffs…

      • +1

        Who actually does lift?

  • That's fantastic - thanks! 9 pieces of clothing for $120 :)

    • How much is your shipping cost?

      • Came to be $32NZD as I added in 2 Jackets. But I'm still happy with that price

        • did you receive an order confirmation after payment or an order confirmation email? if so, how long after you ordered did you get this?

i completed my order and my card was charged, but no email or order confirmation was displayed. My order history also shows nothing

        • @edrift: same here.

        • @edrift: I did, about 5 minutes after the order. I ordered from the NZ store. I got a separate email from the shipping saying it was also confirmed

        • @edrift: My confirmation came through immediately, from SD and from the shipping co.

is the sizing accurate? i'm usually a S which would be on the loose side for jackets but from their measurements it looks like i should be a M? what's UK sizing like

    • +1

uk size is slightly bigger from experience

  • Awesome thanks! Hopefully the sizing is ok.

  • With five items in bag, Barlin delivery is $31.98 to Perth.
It's good others only charged $10, why $32 for me?

    Not fussed, good post.

    • I'm in VIC and same price as Perth. So it's more of a size/weight thing. The $10 shipping is probably for the lightweight items.

  • +2

Ordered these bomber jackets during last sale, these jackets are very thick and might b useful if temperature goes around 4-5 degree, otherwise it feels very hot…

    • +1

was the sizing similar to australian jacket sizing?

      • Pretty much similar. I buy M size from Target and bought similar M size bomber from sportsdirect.

        • thanks will take a punt.. if doesn't fit i guess i'll try offload it on fleecebay or make a swap-your-everlast thread on the buy/sell forums..

        • @xbai: I bought two last time and they are so thick that i dint even bother to bring them out till now…

    • Hey man. How tall are you? As im 170cm what size should i get for the everlast panel jacke? Thanks

      • I don't know about panel jacke

  • +1

Postage is a bit of a killer for me, going to have to pass.. great deal though. like some of the above i have a million slazenger stuff hahaha

  • Beware of the sizing guys. Got a large batch last year and the sizes didn't match the size chart and when I asked for a replacement / refund, I was asked to ship them back to the UK ! Ended up with a big unused package that's still lying over my wardrobe.

    • +4

did it run on the large or small side?

      • it was larger.. so they are mostly loose for me :( though a couple fitted alright so maybe not uniformly larger !

    • +1

Was it larger or smaller than expected?

    • +1

Were the items larger or smaller against an arbitrary benchmark?

    • +1

      small or big

      • like I mentioned.. they were mostly larger than the size chart on their website.. though couple of them were the right size and fitted alright, if that helps. :)

    No, THE Winter is coming

In Game of Thrones, it's Winter is Coming.
Btw I didn't neg you, it was already there before I posted my comment.

Oh I thought it was THE
Don't worry about neg mate. Someone feels good when they neg, so let them.

  • +2

Postage goes to Express only based on weight. I had 6 items in my cart, $10 postage, added a second jacket, express only (cheaper to make 2 orders at standard shipping).

Did everyone else get an order confirmation? Mine just went straight to the main page, emptied my cart, created my account, but no sign of an order except for a pending authorisation in my paypal log!

    • +1

      same here.

      • +1

Ended up getting an order confirmation email. Just took about half an hour.

  • did anyone have problems getting their order to go through?

i checked out and paid but then it just bounced back to the main screen wihtout order confirmation and no order history or payment is showing.

edit - i can see my credit card was charged already too

    • +1

      same here.

    • Yep. Just wait 30 mins. Order email took ages.

      • thanks mate.

by any chance did you see if it appeared in your order history?

        • It did not. Got two email confirmations though, one from Sportsdirect, and the other from Barlin Delivery.

        • @Morien:

          thanks again.
My two emails just came through too. It was odd as the first one (assume for the delivery) just showed the delivery charge and no order details.

The second one from sportsdirect had the order details.

        • @edrift: same here.

  • +1

thanks op. to get the $10 delivery, put only a maximum of 2 bomber/puff jackets to combine with other items.
so if you ordering 3 or more jacket better to split the order so you can choose the delivery option

  • xsmall sizes left only for the bomber jacket it seems

    • I had that in my cart, tried to checkout and said it's out of stock! Must have been sold while I was browsing around…you snooze you lose! :(

  • Ordered Qty Cancelled Qty Description Reason

1 1 Everlast Hvy Bom Jkt Sn54 Black Medium
Product Code: 606115/03/390 Temporarily out of stock

Medium out of stock too :(

  • I have a jacket that is a decade old, and I do expect it to last another 2 decade since it made from crude oil

  • +2

For me the everlast panel grey looks way better than the bomber and 2$ more. My 2 cents

  • It say's.. Barlin delivery $31.98…. :(

  • +1
    • They do have nice deals. Im just wondering if the Pierre Cardin is expensive in oz?

  • 2 Everlast hoodies and a pair of white Everlast runners I've been eyeing for months for $68 delivered. Bless you, OP! (thanks for the NZD tip)
