  • Bing Lee apparently have s7 edge in stock in-store so not sure why they would pull from eBay, other than eBay stopping coupon redemption for delivery orders whereas the promotion was advertised for click and collect only.

    • Im think it's just a selling strategy.. but then ebay are footing the bill for this 20% promo (i think) so BL arent really losing out. There seems to be plenty of stock every where but they have only allocated a small amount for ebay.

      • I'm positive eBay fund the discount, therefore Bing Lee loses out on a sale at full RRP. Seems like a bad selling strategy to me.

        • Yeh exactly. Dont know whats up with them. I understand the whole price changing thing with the S7 from TGG at certain times but this is a huge loss for them

        • @khdsl:

this is a huge loss for them

          I highly doubt that.

        • @ronnknee: touche

    • possibly pulled due to stock concerns?

  • S7 edge still hasn't been dispatched :/

    • Perhaps it is delayed because the online order with delivery needs to be fulfilled by warehouse/allocated store with stock

Bought it last night at around 11pm. Collected at around mid-day today. Thanks OP

  • How do these store Ebay deals work? Are these genuine Aus models with standard Australian warranty? Anybody knows if these are Snapdragons or Exynos?

    • Like buying from bing lee's website but they advertise on ebay with their own legit account. This ebay 20% off deal is like a normal discount, just type in the code when you check out of ebay and there you go. Aussie stock with Samsung Australia's 24 month warranty. They are not the grey imports that you get from kogan or kogan-owned dicksmith at all. Just call up the retailer and ask them if you want. Aus models are all Exynos octa core.

    • it's Exynos because it's Aus stock.

  • Just ordering the S7 silver now, no click and collect options at all. Sold out in all the stores :( will have to get it delivered to sydney. Says item location is in melbourne so maybe they still have heaps in the warehouse there or something..

    • Thats odd to have stock in storage in Melbourne when there's no stores here

      • My bad, i was looking at TGG. I ended up getting it from them and it's sold out everywhere except in Oxley, QLD. Got an email about the order being processed by them. Hope theyre fast!

        • Finally got my S7 by courier yay!!

  • Just received a notification for insurance from Temando. So keep an eye out for that.

    • Got that at 11.38am too. A nice lady from TGG Oxley called me at 850am today confirming they received the order and will be dispatching today.

  • how about this?
    Samsung S7 edge = $929, free shipping.

That is the dual sim model, 100% international stock. It can take two sims but wont have the micro sd card slot. That website sells grey imports as well. If it doesnt say 'Aus stock' or only mentions their own warranty, it means it's an import. Local stock has 24 months warranty with Samsung.

      • +1

It can either take 2 SIMs, or 1 SIM and 1 micro-SD. THe 2nd slot is hybrid in the dual-sim variants.

    • These are examples of local stock selling online. Take note of the fine print and info on warranty :)
