    Who is hosting the infrastructure and where is the company registered? Website could be a bit more descriptive on that.

      We're using reseller accounts from EIG brands like HostGator and A Small Orange. Company is registered outside of Australia.

    Is there an option to have a domain with .com.au instead of just .com?

      You can host a web site with us on a .com.au domain, however we don't offer registrations for them at the moment. You can purchase your .com.au domain from any registrar that sells that domain (eg VentraIP, Melbourne IT, NameCheap, etc) and select "bring my own domain" when signing up with us to host your .com.au on our servers.
