      buy the b&D if you want the saws, this if you need a drill & driver. (the b&d drilled looked pretty crap and was only 1 speed)

    Damn. Didn't see the old post you linked to. It's exactly what I am trying to hunt down for cheap. I've already got drill / drivers. Just need the reciprocating saw/ multi tool. Be nice if they did a combo deal on the Stanley fatmax series like this triton series.

      I too missed out on that one. They blew out the door. If you see the ALDI reciprocating saw with extension pole, do not purchase. It looks good and does not feel cheap, but even on a full charge and cutting nothing broader than my nose, it is a gutless wonder.

    The triton reciprocating saw is great, need a few batteries tho, 2.0AH doesn't last too long cutting sleepers and 100x100 beams!

    Bought the drill driver, multi tool and work light combo today. Great value for money on a respectable brand. Love the carry bag that comes with it as well. Can't comment on the operation of the tools yet but from the sales rep feedback, it will be more than adequate for jobs around the house.
