    These are terribly designed. The water leaks out of a little hole when its tipped upside down.

    Shouldn't use this type of filter at all.
    It de-mineralises the water.
    This is bad.

    The new style of Brita bottles leaves a residual 50ml that you can't get out because it doesn't reach the filtering component.

    My family seem to always be purchasing Brita products but I'm consistently astounded by how poorly designed they are.

    De-mineralised water is actually a solvent and strips the body of essential minerals.

    Brita filters don't remove all minerals, just most.

    Best to avoid, IMHO.

    Absolutely awful customer service. No parcel in 2 weeks, email unanswered, phone line is constantly "busy" according to the recorded message.
