India is 2¢ per minute, the same as the one calling card from this "bargain" that I checked.
my bad regrading rate to india but PT Bangladesh rate is 7.4cents/min
If I want to speak to someone in India or Bangladesh I will call Optus for the price of a local call. :)

I recently discovered two reliable voip providers. Just like any calling card you can use your home phone to call a local Australian number to make calls.
Rebtel: 1 min rounding. Bangladesh US 3.20¢/min and India 3.9 c or 1.8c(recharge amount>25$)
Localphone: 1 min rounding. Bangladesh US 3.15¢/min, India 1.8c/min
You can always put .com after those names to go to those sites directly.
