      That's untrue.

      India is 2¢ per minute, the same as the one calling card from this "bargain" that I checked.

  I recently discovered two reliable voip providers. Just like any calling card you can use your home phone to call a local Australian number to make calls.

  1. Rebtel: 1 min rounding. Bangladesh US 3.20¢/min and India 3.9 c or 1.8c(recharge amount>25$)

  2. Localphone: 1 min rounding. Bangladesh US 3.15¢/min, India 1.8c/min

  You can always put .com after those names to go to those sites directly.
