    Worth noting, no one is yet to receive products from the last deal, people have had issues with contacting the company (both calling and live chat).

    Probably should've put this deal up after people get their initial orders…

    NEVER RECEIVED LAST ORDER, HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM COMPANY !!

  • I ordered the TRIAL100 last week. My first order was meant to be for tomorrow delivery. I had cancelled last week about 1/2 hour after I placed my first order so I wouldn't get ongoing meals. My credit card was debited $20 for that deal. Today I checked my credit card and it has a credit back of $20 and when I logged onto the SFER website: says my status was cancelled as from today. So looks like I wont be getting my first order but didnt lose any money either but the OP mentioned in last post in the Trial100 that we would still get our first order even if we cancelled so what's up with that?

    I think they posted a deal and didn't realise we would ozbargain the hell out of it and now they are re-negging on it as they were hoping they would continually get on going orders. Not a scam scam but not great either as got no deal in the end!!

  • called and someone called Josh told me their food is having delay due to over booking and therefore emailed us and have already refunded the $20.
    NO, i did not received my $20 and not sure if is just me?

    please note these people are scammers and lie .. hence they will never have a successful business and i see that there business will fail soon due to dishonesty

    Mine has been refunded, and then i was charged $120 !

    WTF ! I don't want any orders now. I just want all my money returned.

  • I'm glad they don't deliver to my area, I had been thinking about giving it a go.

  • dont waste your time , ditto what everyone else is saying ,at least got my money back , not going to try again ..

  • Rang to create a chargeback with these frauds today.

    I was happy to continue the deliveries when I first ordered, but…

    1) received an email last Wed stating first delivery is cancelled and I would not be charged again
    2) was charged a $120 for next delivery on 14th even though the FAQ says I wouldn't be charged until Friday (17th) (which would allow me to have tried the meals which were supposed to be delivered on Thursday before continuing)
    3) no email or phone response from these guys since then
