    Not happy. Maybe when all existing customers get together and ported out and you get half amount of old customers as new customers from this deal (at the end you down by 50%)
    Then
    You will realise existing customers are much more important and it is crucial to keep them happy, always.

      Am I wrong in thinking this company is a third party, and the only way they get money is by referring a someone to actually sign up? If I'm not mistaken, what way could Internet Choice possibly give an existing customer anything, when they have no way to monetise existing customer?

        What I'm trying to say is, when a company make promotion to attract new customer they should also give something to the existing, to keep them happy.

        Nothing to do with Internet choice, tpg could run separate marketing cash back to the existing directly , and cash back for new via Internet choice.

        Otherwise, they get few new customers but majority existing become not happy and loyalty level decreases.

        @eisniwre: Agree with you there. I wonder if this promo is due to greater incentives from TPG to Internet Choice, or whether it is paid for by TPG direct.
