If you're mentioning physical GCs, you need to allow for the $4.50 post as well…

  • Is there an app with this site? I can't find eWallet on my Android device.

  • +3

Isn't this just a dupe deal?

  • +3

    I declare this to be a non-bargain to any right-minded queenslander…

    • +2

      🆓 It's a dilemma😱
Sold my Qld soul for the discounts from the devilish blues 👿

    • any right-minded queenslander…

Haven't seen much evidence of this before

      • +1

Almost as rare as a winning New South Welshman perhaps?

  • Did anyone got the confirmation email, yet?

    • No, but free account set up.

Was probably one of first here to apply (before noon) for free account through other deal.

But can't login now, possibly due to amount of traffic :-(

    • nope, still waiting!

    • +1

No, and signed up yesterday, and login didn't work this morning, had to create another account to get in. Really don't know what's up with the site :/

      • +1

I think you will have to go into your account and update your password, this make it works

  • $4.50 delivery fee? fail sound

    • no delivery fee when the gift cards are electronic gift cards.

But at least it's only ONE delivery fee when ordering multiple physical gift cards (great to split the postage up over multiple retailers)

      • These electronic gift cards can they be used in store also like job hifi it needs to have barcode to use in store does this give you that or just long number and pin as no good without barcode, how quick do you get these emailed to you?

        • Coles ones come with a barcode and PIN (you can enter at self checkout now orries)

Woolies ones come with a big arse number to type in, and a separate PIN (again - you can enter this yourself at self checkout)

        • @shmahoo:

Thanks but looking at the site your charged 2% fee and if bank transfer wait at least 3 days which is too long of a wait for me

  • Done

  • +3

Something weird going on. Once you log out of the site, there's no way that I can see to log back in!

    • On mobile, logged out, can't login, then going back takes me back into my account - logged in.

  • +4

2% credit card fees for gift card purchases

    • Is there a 2%,charge on debit cards if so what's the point you save a % on card but then pay 2% on a card??

  • +1

There is a different link for login again… and i found it :)

    http://rewards.blatchysblues.com.au/

    • Thanks. When I try to log in via this link, I get "Invalid login details".

      • +1

yeah it says same for me now and it has blocked me for 10 minutes. i hope its not a SCAM coz i bought a coles card and transfered 95$ in account.

        • i hope its not a SCAM coz i bought a coles card and transfered 95$ in account.

Good luck! I'm glad I held off :)

@tightarse: I got my coles gift card. They gave me 2000 point and when i tried redeeming. i went to buy Iphone 5C ( for traial offcourse)
it was price at 759$ and it would only reduce price for points by 100 which is still 2 times the phones actual price.

      • same thing invalid login and password reset function has not been implemented.

    • +1

      Try this link to login.
      https://blatchysblues.com.au/getrewards
Then click Rewards, then scroll down to Access Rewards.

I think the other one works even though it says it doesn't, if you go to the other page it seems to have logged you in.

  • will I earn 3 points per $ through my platinum edge Amex?

    • I only saw Visa/MasterCard options available with 2% charge. Otherwise use direct debit.

  • Was there a previous Deal/website that had Coles/Kmart at 5% off. Or has it finished now? have bad memory

  • +5

Per description, "Pre-purchase your Digital eGift Card to receive your discount. All Digital eGift Cards will be sent to you by email with instructions on how to redeem.

May not be used for Coles Online."

    • Village $14.49 adult tickets

Can be had for $12.50 on Telstra Rewards, and Hoyts with Optus?

      • +1

Yep, that's why I said "if you don't have other rewards programs". I haven't been bothered to go out and get a prepaid Optus SIM after porting to Jeenee yet.

    • Dell / Hp are same as powerbuy, the cashback rate are pretty low ~~

    • +1

      Notable discounts delivered digitally

As long as it isn't Hopoate delivering them digitally (in the spirit of rubgy league!)

      • Ouch - I felt that😱
Have had 2 digital deliveries so far from this site. Spent 1 Coles eGift card. Works well.

  • +3

And as a special gift for joining, Queensland might lend you the trophy once every 10 years :-)

  • +1

MASSIVE discounts on the HP Spectre laptop. $500 off the i5 model, and $700 off the i7 model.

  • Only way the blues can give something back to their supporters….. ;-) But as a staunch QLD support do I swallow my pride for some ozbargain discount love???? Torn…….

    • Yep. Just like I did. You get to see NSW lose year, after year, after year AND GET A DISCOUNT ON COOL STUFF!

  • Sorry if this is a stupid question… The scanner at my local Shell/Coles servo (and others I'm assuming) is an older one that won't work with my phone. So how would I pay for my petrol with my electronic gift card? I guess I could wait for the 'instructions to redeem', but I'd like to have some idea before I buy.

    • +1

you dont, the coles express card is not electronic.

    • You can buy a dirt cheap printer next time there's a deal on ozbargain and print it out

    • You most likely type in the card number and pin like the woolworths egift cards

  • Where is the option to bank transfer I thought someone said on here you could all I can see if payment by card?

So let's get this straight there is fee for paying with cc card?
And fee to deliver physical card but same amount regardless of how many??

    • Add items to your cart, when you get to the payment section Direct Deposit is an option. Yep, flat delivery fee.

  • Showing as $4.95/yr for me.

    Allocation exhausted?

  • How do you know you got free membership i did this today but had no confirmation so should it not say on my account or say so by email?

  • Thanks easternculture, I scraped in earlier today.

  • +1

PS - the gift cards worked.

    • +1

Yes, delivered digitally as you said, but fortunately not by Hopoate 😱
      Worked fine in Coles.

  • http://rewards.blatchysblues.com.au/ is the link for rewards can confirm it worked, however I didn't get an email saying my Coles gift card was ready

    • Just tried logging in tonight to see where my reward is.
      No luck.
      :(

Will try again in the morning - gleefully i haven't done my dough!

      • I ordered a $500 coles card when I posted that comment and just got the email today. :)

      • NO worries - all is working and working well.
