if payment plans were bargains, Domayne and Harvey Norman would be all over Ozbargain with their interest free deals… again, low initial deposits are NOT a bargain, if anything they are often a lead in for higher fees down the road.
Also, there is no way for anyone to ascertain whether your service is indeed a bargain (there are 15 thousand web designers in Sydney alone) and to be frank, I'm almost certain it isn't.
