  Anything under 80% storewide is no bargain at repco if you compare prices.

    Plenty is within a dollar or two retail. Spray paint, for one. Oils are always very close between stores. Ditto batteries.
    Its only the small quirky stuff like seat covers, wash\wax, air firsheners and such that they gouge on.

    I'm well versed because where I live, all 3 major auto stores are next door to each other!!!

      Was buying a head with speakers, amp and sub. Repco was over $300 more expensive than any other store i checked including SCA, JB and so on

        I'd agree.
        As above, if its not a "car part" and is an accessory, you'll get ripped every time.
        for actual car parts? there's a reason its the first place most mechanics go (including for their own cars)

  Yessssss need new brake pads and windscreen wiper blades! I missed out on the last 30% off with NRMA cardmembers as I was at work all weekend. Kudos!

    The best windscreen wipers I've used are the Aunger Silicon wipers which you can get from Big W and Kmart for like $10-$12. Beats anything I've got from an autostore for double the price.

      I think I saved a dollar. Pretty sure the local servo doesn't sell them and repco is 2 minutes away. I didn't down vote you either

  Yeah…. i went to repco for a Window Deflector/Weathershield, and after showing them the price of $62.99 from Supercheap, the person in the shop said that their price is more expensive than supercheap (close to $100) and also i cant get the 25% discount as it is not a store item, so at the end, supercheap and autobarn are still better options when they are having sales.

    This is true. I went to buy brake pads at Repco. They were $125 before the discount for the Bendix General CT ones. SuperCheap Auto have the Bendix Ultimate ones for $78 and because they're 20% off; got them for $62!
