It's been like that always, but yeah 5 bucks free anyway!

      • I thought that might have been the case but hopefully it helps some others out by acting as a bit of a reminder.

    • Or buy egift card at 5.25% off. Then purchase SCA gift card with 10% bonus at self serve checkout

I grab these as a filler item. You spray it on and all forms of grease and dirt will fall off, work's far better than degreaser and the like. A little too pricey so can't get it for free with the $5 credit, but still worth it

    Just bought this: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/SCA-Pick-Up-Tool-Cl…

    With my credit, that's $1.19. I'm sure it'll come in handy…

I've dropped nuts in pc cases, clips when working under the trim in the car, trying to reach wires/cables through limited access areas like behind the tv etc.

I wonder how strong these little claws are??

Anyway, happy camper for $1.19 :).

    I bought 6 rolls of this http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/SCA-Duct-Tape-Silve…
    Babysitting sorted

    • Cheers for the tip got 3 rolls of duct tape @ $1 total :)

    • +1

Unfortunately SCA duct tape sucks. I bought a couple of rolls on sale, it doesn't have the cloth backing of regular duct tape so it's nowhere near as strong or workable as it should be.
It's more like low quality electrical tape.

    • Now why did I read that as Babysitter sorted.

I bought the soft 10mm rope instead, because I care 😸
At 44c/m Has a velvety appearance & feel

  • http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/SCA-Cable-Ties-Blac… this seems pretty neat for building your new PC

  • do we have to pay to sign up to this club?

    • Nah they pay you to do it :)

      • -1

but it says join today for $5 for $10 credit. So we still paying $5.

  • +1

I think they have increased the price of items. At least the ones I checked.
    E.g.
    Ponchos was $2.50, now $3.99
Duct tape was $2.00 now 3.99

Seems like the early shoppers got the lower prices. Changed sometime yesterday I think.

    • +1

Those 2 items were part of a sale that ended yesterday the 27th

      • Oh, then fair enough! Thanks.
