          I am also pretty sure that the no exchange for wrong size is just as much bs. You can try to do that on a flea market but not if you consider your store to be a proper store

    i have a pair of Vans purchased in UK 4 years ago (from memory) .. the tag inside the shoe tongue says "Sciera Can 40" which no doubt the shoe style, and the sizing says "USA 10, UK 9, Eur 43, Japan 27.5" These shoes fit perfectly.

    The chart shows "USA 10, UK 9, Eur 43, Japan 28" - so whilst I'm not worried about the .5 difference in Japan sizing, is it safe to say the other sizing would still be accurate/unchanged from few years back, and so buying size 10 again now would be same size shoes as my other Vans?

      Hi rep - I received my shoes today; and unfortunately all pairs I ordered marked "US size 10" are noticeably and visibly smaller than the current US size 10 shoes I mentioned above I bought a few years ago in UK. I had confirmation from Daniel on the web chat on 05/09 that these US size 10 would be fine, and that in the years since the shoes I mentioned I'd purchased above, the sizes would not have changed. However, they do not fit - there is a obvious difference in the shoe length, even more obvious when I put them on and they are super tight :(

      I mention this publicly for awareness - but I would appreciate your contact to resolve this privately.
      Happy to discuss - I will email tomorrow at some stage to followup directly via the booking emails.

    Got a couple of size 12's in the end, but annoyingly one pair was showing as in stock while Shopify was telling me otherwise. Kinda annoying.

    It seems like your footer email subscription form isn't working (it shows an alert that mentions that I should select my product preference, enter a name and email; even though I have input the options that are visible) it looks like the field for the pop up subscription (which is (profanity)' annoying btw.. I assume it has higher conversion compared to the footer though) has been added and is being validated but hasn't been thought about for the footer. I'm a web developer if you need someone :)

          Ordered the day the deal was listed, 5/9, received a shipping notice from them on 6/9, received a tracking notice from AusPost yesterday, and more updates today and delivered today.

        I can understand that, but I think that if it's going to take more than a couple of business days to ship out, you should at least let people know.
        A message in the post saying something like 'Due to the high number of orders during this promotion, it may take longer than usual to ship your order out' or something similar.
        Plus replying to people asking questions to let them know whats going on would also be nice.

    Terrible company

    Placed my order on Monday am - - told Friday first thing that 2 different styles were now out of stock in and asked would I like to buy some new styles at higher price.

    When I had rang on Thursday I had been told the order was fine and all would be posted shortly.

    Pretty straightforward bait and switch, orders not fulfilled in date/time order or simply no adequate stock levels in popular sizes when advertised.

    Sale still advertised on Thursday but Monday morning orders are not being supplied. Maybe shipping savings involved as well.

    Whichever rubbish service, rubbish company. No abn on site either - buyer beware outfit. Good luck to those waiting.

    Got my vans delivered this morning. A little disappointed that one of them had scuffs a all around including half quarter of a finger size on the front. Must've been used for display.

    All in all a good bargain. Cheers

        Its just my opinion. I couldn't tell what caused the marks but thw shoes are from the box that contained the brand house direct future purchase coupons. Weird eh

    Got my shoes - they seemed mostly 'new' but some where a bit dirty/scuffed, maybe they were stored outside of their boxes for some reason.

    Something about them seems a bit off to me, as someone who has a lot of Vans. I suspect fake. They are quite different to my Aussie store-bought Vans.

    One example is the sizing tag on the tongue of the the 2 pairs that I got is completely different to all the ones on my existing ones. Also the thin sole-insert things seem to not fit properly in these ones, like not cut to the exact size of the shoe, I can feel gaps at the sides of the shoes with my feet. And they are a bit 'lumpy', like the soles had been poorly glued down.

    Anyway, who knows, but despite them being cheap, they aren't the CHEAPEST Vans I've bought before, and the whole experience really turned me off this store. I won't be back.
