Should be around $195 on futu with the voucher but because they are greedy f***s and put the price up they can get stuffed.

    • They are greedy

Fair enough but no price increase on this particular item, I made sure before posting it. Click 'sold' to see price history whilst logged in. Link

The price has always been $269, since July when it dropped from $275.

No slight meant on you hamza23 just futu thinks the eBay promotion is for their benefit.

All good. Yeah understand that and agree, not as many deals as there should be for sure and bit of a tainted sale in general - have to look carefully at each listing. This is one of the rare listings that hasn't been touched.

    • hmmm stuffed chicken yummy

One does not simply get it cheaper than hamza23.

  • Good reviews, good price for 27" FHD

Personally I think 1080p resolution is a bit too low for a 27" monitor.

    • +1

I agree for normal desktop use, however if you're sitting further away for some reason (not that I can think of one….) then a larger monitor may be justified.

Generally at 1080/1200p I would always recommend 24" too.

  • thanks for sharing

  • But with 1920x1080 I wont get a whole lot more, am I ?

    • +1

A whole lot more of what exactly?

      • I think he means screen realestate. So worh this resolution even at 27, hes asking same visible as at 24?

        • +5

this comment makes my head hurt

        • @m9: lol just like the original question :)

    • My bad, yeah how much more screen estate do I actually get with 1080p ? Does it really worth $50 extra over a 24" one

    no ips no deal

    Low resolution for a 27"

  • Gday
Looks like a good price for a 27" 1080p monitor
if your okay with only 60hz

So many of these new LCD's these days are PLS/IPS
    and support 1-5ms
    and support Freesync often also
    along with 21:9 or 1440p
yet the old standard 16:9 1080p stuff is still flogged
off in Australia for a bloody high price

Another good option for a 27" screen is the:-
    ViewSonic VX2757-MHD 27" 1080p freesync (75hz)
with speakers and vesa stand for around AUD$250

    • Where can I get the Viewsonic at that price?

Check static ice , which should bring up Umart/ComputerAlliance/PCCG/Scroptec/etc

Recently got a 24" Dell IPS. Now looking for a 27" IPS! Anyone seen a good deal?

  • 27" monitor and 1080p resolution? That is a joke!

  • +3

I came here to see all the comments about resolution.

    Pffft 1080

  • +1

27" display is far too large for a 1080p resolution, the biggest you want is something like 24".

27" displays should be 1440p at least.

In stock again in case anyone who wanted to purchased previously missed out.
