  So, you guys are in the middle of nowhere…
  As per your website: "Two Palms Host – named after the two palms in front of the beachside resort where we decided to take the plunge into the weird and wonderful world of web hosting."

  There are no business details, no information about the country, address, no phone numbers…
  It's someone, sonewher under the palm trees promises something. And once you pay your money, where is guarantee that you will receive anything in return?

    Hi Bob,
    I travel regularly and run this business from my laptop which is why I don't have an address on the web site.
    All payments are through PayPal, so if you ever have an issue with your service being delivered, you could log a dispute with PayPal.
    That being said, we've been around for about 9 months now and have a number of satisfied customers who have joined us from OzBargain and word of mouth referrals.

        The servers are managed by another company, who employ a 24x7 team of technicians to maintain and manage their infrastructure.

      PayPal dispute may work for the physical goods but not for the software/virtual services.

      Also, while you travel a customer may have an issue and then will have to wait while you are able to attend to their issues. And then lose business while waiting.

      The servers should be based somewhere. They can't be in your lap top :).

      Obviously, the prices are good. But a big question is what a customer will get for their money.

        PayPal disputes can also be logged for software and services.

        The servers are located in the US, and managed by our provider.
