Have one of these since launch, the battery life is a bit average but fast charge and removable battery helps mitigate it.
The dac and amp is awesome and blows my portable audio stack out of the water. So this price is well worth it just as a media player.
Excuse my ignorance, but what is the dac for?
I've never really had a problem just listening to music via headphones on a regular phone. How does the dac make a difference?

great phone - got one from QD_AU and still using it now. bought 2 spare batts (generic) cheap on ebay, battery is not great as the above commenters.
Amazing camera but can have lots of flare at night.
Still getting updates OTA, updated today in fact.
Can get sluggish at times but nothing a reboot wouldn't fix. One thing to note though, there's a hairline crack across the screen horizontally, apparently a known defect but doesn't really bother me too much.
Screen does suffer from burn in at times, but not permanent. Still a bit worried about the possibility of bootloop though.
What hairline crack is this? Dont see on mine as im typing but wants to know more about this.

It just happened to me one day for no reason - then again i dont really handle my phone that gently so it could have been me? Not sure really, probably should have put on a tempered glass earlier. And yeah screen burn isn't a biggie really.
This might be a better phone than G5 or even many Chiese phones on the market at this price range, despite a fact that this phone is a bit outdated now. The camera beats everyone in the competition, except V20.
Read the item description before you buy - this is not a brand new phone. An extra $20 and you can get the H962 model from DWI which is brand new.
This or Motorola X Force for ~$455 (with CODE15) ?

Leaving aside the apparent reliability issues, the V10's design really stood out (I think in a good way). It's a shame the V20 looks almost nothing like it.
What does "Second screen" mean? I thought it was 2 screens… but is this to mean refurbished?

i tried contacting the seller 'oz_deal' about the exact condition of this phone, and got an auto response saying the seller is OOO till Jan 2020!!!

Sexy phone but battery apparently is horrible plus the paranoia of the boot loop drama… For that reason I'm out.
Edit - also this phone does not have band 28??
