    The price vs Specs does not really give any benefit over your standard plans.
    e.g. could get 2 x High Power KVM SSD VPS - 2 for the price of 1 x Business Cloud, Would be $10 a month cheaper and have more cores, more ram and more bandwidth. Seems a big premium for the flexibility.

      Always great to get your pricing feedback, thanks for that and I've done some tweaking on the Cloud VPS Plan's pricing from this feedback, but it's worth noting that there's a different operations/provisioning methodology and complexity behind the scenes to facilitate this "cloud" functionality, so the pricing isn't meant to be competitive there with the other (and mostly sold-out) VPS Plans on our Shopfront site.

      We had customers request this form of VPS Provisioning and we've delivered here, adding this flexibility to our product mix.

        What virtualisation is it running? KVM? Xen? Or something else?

          Hi bohdans,

          Short answer is: All of them.

          Details are that the entry-level "Budget" Cloud VPS use OpenVZ, "Value" Cloud VPS (like the original "Value VPS" Plans on our www site) use Xen (thus have dedicated RAM), the "Professional" Cloud VPS are KVM based and the "Business" Cloud VPS are also Xen based.

      I've got some further feedback during the week relevant to this and I've updated the Cloud VPS Plans to offer a better (and different) value proposition when compared to the High Power KVM SSD VPS - 2 Plan, and that range of VPS Plans too.

          The free Github Student Developer Pack will give you some credits for AWS and DigitalOcean so you can run your VPS for a short period of time. Of course AWS also has the one year free trial.
          Or you can go with Low End Spirit http://lowendspirit.com/ for something really cheap, but they do have limited resources, so don't go abusing it.
