  They may not do your phone your luck may vary.
  I have gotten to know them through my Wifes phone being repaired, which didn't fix it so ended up being replaced.So already discussed it with them before picking up an S7 Edge that was Telstra Branded.
  Whatever you do do not let it update while branded. As it will make it harder to unbrand.

  Anyone can confirm if this Optus branded outright phone can use Optus VoLTE while on Optus SIM only plan? I heard that you need to have this phone on Optus plan to be able to use VoLTE.

    This is the same model/software version as optus selling on they store/online for outright or contract plan, should be working as long as you have current optus Plan, if you want to be 100% sure you can call Optus customer care on 1300 300 937.

  My local Samsung Bar did, but i had history with them.
  But you can do it yourself if you are technically inclined.
  Might need the Factory Boot Rom to do it though, as i saw that come up on mine when he flashed it
