My WiiU controller has BT and that doesn't work without changing the entire BT stack on the SP3. Just wanted to know if it worked seamlessly out off the box with BT
Yes, this does. You have to have at least a reasonably new version of bluetooth, being 4.1 or 4.2
I had a $1 ebay bluetooth dongle from years ago and it didn't work. I upgraded that dongle to a $6 dongle off ebay and it works out of the box in Windows 10.
