    • Was meant to reply. See below.

  • Ahh for a cheap drive, im going to recommend it to my friend. Personally id she'll out more for my OS drive, but for bulk game storage it looks ok.

Oh the 1 and 2tb seem more expensive. At the low end of the market performance changes little, there were the old Ultra IIs at about $270 for 1tb =P (granted they were probably clearance)

  • Good price for local stock. Amazon delivered is around the $335 for 1TB 2.5" mark once you factor in CC conversion rates/fees.

      NZ stock not local ones

      • Ah fair enough.

Can this be extended until end of next week? Would be nice if we can use that in conjunction with eBay vouchers!

I think we can arrange this

please do. Though not sure if the code will stack.

        • it wont

          dont waste your time

the items are listed in Australia so I guess C10AUZ can be used to get another 10% off if anybody's looking.

  • I tried to use C10AUZ on item(s) shipped by an Australian Seller or pickup allowed within Australia. C10AUZ did not work on either.

    • I tried it on two items and they seemed to apply the discount although I didn't proceed with the purchase.

      • It may be a targeted code.

        • Has anyone been able to actually use the C10AUZ code? I can't get it to work on these items and the T&C's does state it is for for Australian sellers only.

        • @ghostdog73: Code doesn't work because these items are not listed in the "Selected Categories".

I got an MX300 525GB m.2 from amazon ($166AUD) and it seems pretty good. Very good IOPs for TLC drive, sequential reads and writes over 500MB/s. Noticeably faster than 240GB Ultra II, a bit slower than my MX100 512GB. For the price, extremely happy with it.

  • Hey guys, just curious what the warranty on this is like? Both the manufacturer one, and the fact that it's being sold from New Zealand? Does buying internationally void warranty? Etc, etc

    • +1

We look after the warranty for you and will facilitate with crucial if needed

      • So does that mean we have to send the product back to New Zealand if there is a problem?
Or does crucial have an Australian base we can go through for warranty?

        • +1

back to nz, in some cases we will send another drive to you before faulty drive is back in nz

  • They've put the prices up?

    The 750GB MX300 is now AU $290.27?

    Was about to order 1 750GB and 1 500GB….

    • Will put prices back today sorry auto feed updated them

      • Have updated the pricing in our feed to ebay so should update later today or overnight

  • Very poor form by this vendor, bait and switch.

    Avoid.
