  Not buying any Google Play movies until they let us store them in non-Google devices e.g. an external hard drive.

    Im with you. I spent good money on a movie only to find out (after I had purchased it) that I then had to do this insane workaround just to play it on my tv.

    Stupid DRM….grrrr….

    However, I really dont think its going to change anytime soon.

    I reckon $20 for the 7 Fast and Furious movies is still pretty good value notwithstanding (50% off reward thing, paid with 20%-off Play credit). I'm a simple man…

    Wait, can't you store it on Android devices for offline play? Netflix doesn't let you save films.

      Yes you can store on Android phones or tablets and play the movies from there, which is why I ask for non-Google devices.
      Netflix doesn't sell you movies BTW.

  Would have bought the Die Hard set if I got a 50% off movies. But not I got 50% off a Tv episode, wasn't even for a series like you guys can on bundles. One measly TV episode.
