Not a great deal but not bad.
The AU Apple Store has this without Office for $2199. So it's basically just a Office for $58 deal if you but a $2200 computer.
EDIT Oh wait, normal warranty is 1 year. So it also includes the 3 year warranty extension which is $268 at the Apple Store.
That makes it much better.
Or you could buy the iMac for $1799 with VMWare Fusion 3 thrown in for free;
