dammit - ive been resisting for so long, these prices… must hold out..
at over 800 bux I wouldn't have thought it would be too hard to hold on longer!
that said the aussie dollar is tipped to take even more of a dive, so I cant see these getting any cheaper in the near future.
Can I use this graphics card alongside my Radeon HD 7780 in the same PC ?
I currently have 2 HD 7780 and I want a new gfx for gaming purposes as I use 6 monitors (for work). Will there be any issues with drivers/functionality considering one is AMD and one is Nvidia?
It is technically possible but they can't be used together at the same time. You will need to switch between one and the other Nvidia and AMD
Hmm, so 3 monitors will be connected to the (newer) Nvidia and the other 3 to the AMD (old) one. As long as I play the game on the monitor that is hooked onto the Nvidia one, I should be good to go yeh ?
By the looks of it you can switch between Cards so yeh it is possible but please do some more research. I don't think I would do this personally. I would just get 2x 1070's or 2x 1080's and hook up 3 on each.
$39 extra for local warranty and fast shipping is better option :)
