Assassins Creed II on pc for $24, xbox available for 28. Free shipping. Called up store and they said you HAVE TO get it online.

Hehe, time to test out my new lappie. Too bad you cant walk instore to get this :(

Btw i got AC1 from game for 14 bucks last week, but you can get it for 10 dollars at EB 50% off sale (theres one at burwood westfield, NSW, not sure if its nation/state-wide). Most things in store is 50% off, grabbed a logitech headset for 20 bucks, and some PC games for 10 dollars. Dude said the sale was running till end of july, heaps of tiem but methinks the stocks are gunan be gone. Heh, the 50% off sale prompted me to check game and it was indeed a lot cheaper. (eb 50% off is retail price of 90 so 45 bucks).

      EB 50% off sale = everyone elses normal price. as the example above mark a old game back up to $100 then say its 50% off

        Some of their cheaper options would be decent for 50% off though. Or as long as it's 50% off marked price, not RRP, but that's not likely, is it :p

        not really, they just push it back to rrp so if you cant find a game which is on special, you can get it cheaper at EB with 50% off, case in point, AC1 for 10 bucks.

    … do they return the price to the RRP as soon as it sells out or something? Last time an offer was posted for this site, the linked page showed the game at full price and said it was sold out.

    EB really doesnt have a clue when it comes to sales. They had brand new PS3 controllers for $99 and second hand ones for $90. And thats the everyday price, whats the sale price $89? hahaha

    pretty good special - glad i sold my PS3 version before this sale started……yeah agreed hotzone they aren't too good at their specials….I've never been a big fan of EB in general. apart from the one in briz city, a super hot blonde works there.
