Found that this store is the only one that sells the new PRO model. I know, I know, the price is jacked up from RRP but combining with the Code it comes to $479.20 $492.00 delivered which is the cheapest stand alone you'll get in Oz. Currently goes for $559 at JB and EB which is still cheaper than those that would have bought the Ultimate kids deal through Coles, I almost pulled the trigger but remembered that I have rego due :(

      Not a very professional-looking site, if I was a potential buyer I would steer clear, but at the end of the day eBay/PayPal have safety nets in place if you're willing to risk the time and effort.

    Won't get one until there are enough good games and exclusives for the PS4 Pro. Not enough titles that take full advantage of the console.

    Existing games already work the same way in original PS4, so don't rush. Wait for a better deal

    Besides this is a random seller. No idea if still exist in a years time. You won't get warranty cover

      Work the same way? I've been playing Watch dogs at 1800p, Uncharted 4 with HDR at 1440p, Titanfall at 1800p, infinite warfare at 1800p, modern warfare remastered at 1800p.
      Got Deus ex on the way for more HDR + 4k.

      It all looks awesome, if you have ANY of these games and a 4k tv, do yourself a favor and grab one now. Stuff always goes cheaper in price after you buy it - why not reap the rewards earlier?

      I agree that the random seller thing is a bit sketchier for warranty though.

    You can get The PS4 Slim 500gb from Target for $349 cheapest i have seen, sure it isn't 1Tb or the pro version, but still not a bad price.

    I got notification and tracking no that mine has been shipped. So at least they are sending them :) Was only around 10 ordered when i placed my order. Will post if i receive an invoice/receipt once i get it.

      In an earlier comment i thought someone contacted them and they said they would send with an invoice. I would request one from the seller. Wouldnt leave feedback yet.

          I got my invoice too, but check the format, it's a fake one. It's just some hand typing invoice which has no legal force to do warranty or TRS.
          I think the seller want to do tax-evasion.

          I've been playing mine since thursday and had no issues. it looked like it was new aus stock…

          They are ignoring my emails asking for invoice tho… Im not even sure if it will help. Sony warranty says you need an invoice from an authorized sony retailer which i doubt it global sales is..

          Just hopefully it doesn't break in a year :)

          So i emailed the address on their website asking for the invoice and they sent it to me.. Not sure if it will be valid with sony if there is any issue or not but not much else i can do. Hopefully Sony have built me a ps4 which lasts :)

        This seller listed a Normal PS4 with a picture of the PS4 Pro. They then updated the listing shortly after to pictures of a normal PS4. Also they have raised the price to $749 now.

          @chartan: Had to call up paypal to get it actioned but refund is processed. He sees the messages he just doesn't respond but as soon as the claim was raised he refunded. Terrible seller, awful communication and the lie about invoices makes me want to neg this deal. Not worth it after reading the issues the pro has and the lottery of getting a reliable model.

      you can see in item revisions they have changed the prices multiple times and stock levels. i am still waiting for tracking info to update is still showing going from fastway couriers Sydney depot to it's Perth depot.

      not sure what to expect with warranty, can't we just show ebay invoice for warranty purpose if it fails within 1 year?

        I'll have to wait till Tuesday to raise a claim as the expected date of delivery is Monday. I don't see any option to cancel my order on ebay yet. Will do a "I didn't receive this item" on Tuesday.

        you guys seem mighty negative on the whole thing, sure if you just look at the negative it looks bad, but as long as its AU stock Sony don't normally make a fuss they replaced my ps3 with a completely new 1 a month after warranty would of ran out they have serial numbers to check all that stuff.

        as long as i get ps4 pro and its not DOA i am fine there is already positive feedback on people who ordered after the first price hike i am just glad i got it when it was $479 (after the 20% off). others have said it looked like JB-Hifi stock and only 2 retailers are selling the pro right now so seems likely

    Just received mine. Terrible service of Fastway..
    Interestingly there's a label on the box implying the source is JB-hifi.
    Also no invoice (I did ask them to post the invoice with the item in ebay).

      yeah my fastway tracking has not updated since monday saying its moving from Sydney to Perth warehouse

      i wouldn't be surprised if its JB-hifi stock as only JB and EB games seem to be stocking the PS4 pro for now.

      i have been waiting almost 10mins now on hold to fastway to find out what is happening with my order. (after waiting almost 15mins i got through to someone who says takes upto 7-10 working days just to get it from Sydney to Perth, and no sorry for the delay or our tracking info should show that somewhere, just a have a nice weekend without your package)

        I finally received the invoice after I threaten to leave nagitive feedback and report the item. However, the invoice doesn't look right. I purchased the item with discount, but it is the oringal price in the invoice. I can see an abn number on it. Can someone please have a look at their invoice and let me know if yours also look fake. How can I tell of the invoice is real?

        The PS4 seems good I have been playing games, everything works.

          Ive bought things from good guys with 20% ebay discount and the invoice they give you is for the full price as well. It is paypal who is paying the difference.

          As far as an invoice being fake is a tricky one.. They are stating the product they sold to you with their registered ABN so it would be fine to use as proof of purchase in most circumstances but it is really going to come down to Sony Australia and if they include "IT Global Sales" as an "Authorised Sony Reseller" as stated in their warranty conditions. On Sony's website they do not list any online stores as authorised reseller (unless they have physical stores too, eg jb hifi). So your not really going to know if you have warranty unless you need to get it fixed..

          I called up Sony on 1300 137 669 to check the warranty period. Staff member asked for the serial number and confirmed it's 12 months from 10/11/2016 to 09/11/2017. (I picked up mine from big w about a week ago)

          Also I was told for warranty claim:
          Within 30 days - contact retailer,
          After 30 days - call Sony directly on 1300 137 669.

          got mine on Monday delivered from fastway and i wish i had backed up my digital games to a external as i've basically had it on 24/7 since(rest mode too), downloading all my games i backed up my save files to external but can't transfer them all until the actual games are installed, doesn't seem loud at all my metabox laptop is way louder then the Pro is.
