      I was going to ask, does anyone actually have any experience with these things? Its always hard to say because I figure that half the people who buy them are too lazy to actually use them haha

    It certainly looks "easier" to use than the old (still around) ab-wheel - less stress on the lower back.

    For $36 I'm tempted. It seems I still have room under the bed/lounge for one more exercise machine…

    This was purely made to replace the Ab Roller, which causes injuries and hard to use.

    Using it frequently will see results on you core strength and ab building.

      I suspect when the Ab Roller was released it had pretty much the same claims that this model has.

      If you happened to have an Ab Roller then can it be returned to avoid potential injury due to being difficult to use?
