AMEX will see the charge. You will receive an email from AMEX right after checkout thanking you for spending with your Online Retail Offer and stating "If your purchase meets the offer terms, you will receive a $30.00 credit. Credits usually take 5 days to appear on your account upon completion of your qualifying transaction, but may take up to 90 days after the offer has ended." You usually receive it in 5 days.

This is an awesome backpack. I've had mine for over two years and it's still good as new after daily use and lots of interstate trips.

This mount works like a universal 1/4-20 inch tripod. You will need a GoPro mount adapter , I'm not sure if you get one when you buy a GoPro
DHL delivered mine today and backpack mount lacks a very important part, the buckle, you will not be able to mount your camera unless you buy a buckle part with screw that is found in Adhesive mount pack for $29. Mount is not working by its own and nowhere on its page or video mentioned this requirement. Kinda misleading.

Anybody know what's the difference between this and air viz plus?
Can't see much difference on the samsonite website. Looks like the plus is slightly heavier, otherwise it is the same dimensions. Looks like a different material. The only real "Features" difference listed is:

These backpacks are typically $115-$120 every day of the week at baggageworld etc stores. The Free Action Cam mount is what actually makes this a good deal - if you have need for one.
I used to own both. The plus is good because you can slip it over a suitcase handle when travelling and it is certainly useful. However there is a design flaw in the bag. The top carry handle is made out of some PU plastic material and over time, repeated use will cause it to crack as the plastic eventually becomes brittle. I had it replaced under warranty and got the viz air. It's better, and the only difference I can see are the handle materials used are now heavy duty canvas type material, no smart sleeve and there is no zip on one side for the bottle holders. Other than that, the bag is good.
For anyone who is more interested in the bag and not the mount, there is the never version Samsonite Air Viz 2 for around 70$ with free shipping at http://shop.samsonite.com/samsonite-viz-air-2-laptop-backpac… that i found.

The mount came but no backpack. Shipping label shows Item 2 of 2. Tracking says 1 item and delivered. When I check my order status both items have the same tracking number. Have contacted Sony support last Thursday and no response yet.
As of right now, I've paid $69 for a backpack mount that is RRP $49…sigh

I questioned Sony and they said my backpack is ready in stock however the bonus item is not and when I bought the bag, it says my bonus item still available but now looks like they have a lot of catch up to do.

They are ruining Christmas, no communication had to contact them, over two weeks almost three and nothing might ask for a refund next week

Mine arrived today, no action cam mount either. Some sort of contact from them would have been good - it's showing online as having been shipped with the same tracking number, but the re was only the one box and the mount definitely wasn't in it or the bag itself….. sigh.
