Just received some box from Sony. I assume it is the backpack. Are they taking returns?

But seems like one of the parts to attach the mount to the bag is not included….. (in the read me, it says (attachment buckle)product does not provided….)
so now i have a mount that i can't use unless i buy that part as well…. how annoying…. do you guys have any idea where to get that part ??
The part usually comes with the camera. If you already have a Sony Camera check the box contents.
Yea I realise that after I did some searching on the internet.
However, I am using it with my gopro……
Do you think it will work if I buy that part and attach it to my goPro ?

If anyone is interesed, i got my backpack on 21/12 last year and have been waiting on the camera mount.
Emailed Sony support and they said expected delivery is 3/4..~ good thing im not desperate for it!
My order says shipped.
I received only the mount end of December (I just got my parcels from my Mum's place today), but no sign of the backpack.
Anyone else the same?
