Maybe check your local Big W as well. A couple of weeks ago they had what looked an identical product marked down from $6 to $1, not part of a catalogue sale and they had been that price for a while. I bought a few not expecting much but the quality was pretty good.

Needed a new trigger & fittings. I'm so sick of the crap old sprayer popping off and spraying ME on cold nights! ahem
Just picked one up in store (auburn), rang up at full price, had to show price on website on phone.

I can never understand why on a lot of these sprayers the trigger is at the back and not the front. Must be easier/cheaper to manufacture.
They use a thumb release as 99% of the time you have the whole thing squeezed and on the odd time that you do want it to stop you just have to let the one finger at the back go. For accurate tasks, yes, a pointer finger trigger gives more control but this is watering we are talking about here, not spray painting/shooting a bullet.
