  Does anyone know what the differences between the KS8000 and this (KS8005) are? I've searched Samsung's site and Googled a little, but couldn't find anything to distinguish between the two.

    I think 8005 has Curved Screen. That's the different.

    They are basically identical. The only difference is the bezel. On the 8000, from the front you can see a tiny the chrome bezel (it's like <1mm) runs all around the tv screen. Whereas on the ks 8005 you can only see it at the bottom.

    Also, the 8005 is only available in the 60" while the 8000 comes in 55 and 65 i think it was. I'm not sure why they've done this but it might have something to do with the 8005 being released months after the 8000 was. They probably weren't planning to make a 60" at the start or something.

      Someone in one of the other threads said this one has a sharp panel instead of a samsung.
