    For their freebies they take 2-3 weeks (but that was to Melbourne).

    I'd like to think their purchased products i.e not freebies, are picked more speedily.

      More like 3-4 weeks, and no, I don't think there is any difference between free and non-free delivery times.
      Cheap but slow is the Zapals way.
