    Normally $61 for a case of 16 but $10 for a pack of 4?

    • I see you have to do seperate pack orders to not turn it into a case.

Not available (at that price) at Tuggeranong. Might be local only.

  • How's 2/2/17 short expiry. No chance it would last here past the end of the week.

    • because the flavour by now is past it's best and although it'll taste fine it won't taste as fresh.

Wow, I was expecting more of a response about having a drinking problem.

        • +3

not a problem if you're enjoying it mate ;)

        • I only put 2 or 3 in the fridge in the morning if i'm going to drink that evening, trying to exercise a bit of self control this year.

I got some of these from Sunnybank last week and they were skunked. Noticed that Dan Murphys leave new beer deliverys out in the sun a bit… In 38 deg heat..

  • Still full price is sydney with short date of the 28/1 although the 4 packs are $10 to a max of 3 x 4 packs

Ok I think i'm done. 3 seperate DM's, 3+1 packs from one, and 1 each from the 2 other locations. 24 beers for $60 (plus 30km of lpg gas)

I picked up the short dated sly foxes a few months back and they were still amazingly fresh and highly carbonated, the head on them was feral. Ive driven past the back of my DM and they never leave stock out in the sun, only open a roller door for a truck to back back into

Yeah some are good, its worth having a look at your local one and see how the deliveries are taken. The one at Sunnybank had a couple of truckloads of beer just sitting out there at noon on a hot sunny brisbane day. The bigger stores with more indoor storage space would be the ones to go for for these short date specials.

      • At Christmas or busy periods, there is only so much space a store has until they have to use the outside area.

This will be a rare deal. Feral swapped the sly fox to 6 packs and cans in December.
It will be stores that haven't sold much since then and need to get rid of the 4 pack bottles before getting in the new cans. D

Yeh its 24 cans for 69 so alot cheaper

  • 1x$10 4 packs = $10
    2x$10 4 packs = $20
    3x$10 4 packs = $30
    but
    4x$10 4 packs = $60.96
    yet
    1x16 pack = $60.99

    Interesting maths there DM!

  • Tasted a 4 pack and decided to cancel my 5 other orders. May as well buy the quality guarantee of the $69.95 cans.
