They had a sale a few years ago where they didn't honour Australian orders. Then to say "sorry" offered a crappy voucher for $10 or something. I've never bought from them since. Will never buy from them again.

I've never had a problem, got everything I ever ordered… I guess they could've just said "sorry" and not given you $10. It's not like you were out of pocket, you just missed out on the sale prices?

I realise this bulb still getting a bit hot even if u turn it off with the app (main switch still on but turn off the light with app), anyone has the same issue? A bit concern about the power consumption when it's on "standby" mode
Mine don't even get warm when on so try another socket.
The light area is cool enough to touch when on for hours, just a bit warm. The bulb area just beneath that is hot, still, far cooler than a fluorescent.
Also, you mean E27 OP? I want to buy but paypal isn't working for me. Everything looks good until after you submit and it says payment "Paypal payment failed due to a bad funding method." Susss…..

Following up on my order, shipping took 2 business days which was impressive. The bulbs are really good. Brightness is great, and pairing with my phone was simple. For the price and specifications I'm really happy!
