  • Price looks inflated

Actually it's a decent price. Expect to pay $10/tube in store.

And here's the guy with no sense of humour. The guy who at parties, kills the mood after a joke by saying "Actually, the premise behind that pun in technically incorrect…"

        • JV could have said they're pumped

      • -5

        $10/tube in store.

        Change stores then.

        • Care to share your secret store that has them for less than $3 a piece ?

        • @dazeller:

          You mean less than $10

Maybe try a bespoke bicycle outlet !!

        • @jv: nah buddy, I mean the store that has them for cheaper than the (by you) so called inflated price of $3 a piece.

          This is from one!!

Did I say a store has them cheaper ???

My comment was in reply to sqeeksqeek's comment who pays $10 each for them…

        • @jv: nah, you called their prices inflated which implies you know somewhere cheaper. Unless you just made that up out of thin air

        • @dazeller:

nah, you called their prices inflated

Looks like you replied to the wrong thread then…

      • He was JOKING!

Just be aware these are threadless valves. If (like me) you use a CO2 inflator which screws onto the valve thread to hold it secure for rapid pressure increases, you might have trouble inflating these- the inflator could blow off early. Some floor pumps may also have trouble staying attached to the valve - YMMV.

Geez - the pressure's on to deliver a good pun these days!

Maybe people are getting tyred of them?

  • +1

I can't believe you wouldn't post how many grams these tubes weigh, OP. I ride a carbon unicycle nowadays and am trying to get the weight down even further. I spend hours at classy Italian cafes eating cakes and drinking lattes trying to find ways to shave off the grams!

    • Do you use helium to inflate your tyres?

      • +2

        My tyre. Yes!
        Italian helium no less.

  • I have some spares about 5-6 years old. Should I replace them? Do they go brittle?

    • No, I have tubes that are way older than that and they still pump up fine.

  • Sold out? Won't add to cart.

    • Works fine for me

      • Sold out of cheaper one.

    • Hi, sorry we have massive order and unfortunately run out of the 48mm one

  • Any chance of 24" mountain bike inner tubes? 😊

    • i wouldnt count on it….these guys seem to stock approximately 4x items :P
