The airline promises speeds of up to 20 Mbps at every seat.

That's a fairly empty promise! Why not promise up to even faster speeds? The sky's the limit…

No; you'll get close to 20Mbps if you purchase every seat.

      • I used a similar service on Virgin America flight last year and the speeds were amazing. I was streaming Netflix the whole time and it never stuff up once.

        • Agreed VX have excellent inflight services, the live TV is great (watched the world series a few times coast to coast) and the internet is very quick, a lot of people were doing video conferencing / downloading / streaming, all without issues.

    • speeds of up to 20 Mbps

Sounds very much like the promises Malcolm made for his NBN (sic) Fraudband disaster.

  • "Free" when you buy a ticket right? So it's like the "free" toilet paper in the plane's lavatory, because the cost is built in to the ticket price isn't it?
