    I got a call form OW asking if I got my cards - I said no as I had heard nothing as yet. The girl then told me that another (honest) shopper had brought in her order of itunes cards that were delivered and in her shipment was my cards also.
    From the comment above and that phone call I'm guessing this happened to a few orders.

      That's very nice of that person to return those cards (I'm sure the wesfarmers shareholders really appreciate it), but it would be officeworks responsibility to fulfil all orders regardless of whether they had or hadn't returned it. I really wonder how that kind of mistake was even possible??

    Well that could work two ways… I missed the courier today (was home but didn't hear a knock) and got online to give them permission to leave in my postbox if it will fit or at front door if a larger package, probably more likely to get knocked off if someone sees a package at the door rather than a letter in my letterbox.
    
    I do think a letter size package is probably easier to get lost in transit though by a courier given it's smaller size.

    Did they come with any evidence (e.g. dockets) that they have been activated? I just received them, but there is only a "Picking Ticket" with it, no dockets, no invoices.
    
    Do you know they are activated because you have already redeemed them? I'm a bit worried because I plan to give them as presents, but would be embarrassed if they are not activated.
