This is a better deal than the other recently posted one (as long as you don't lose your pen!), as it includes the three genuine refills.

Xiaomi, maker of just about everything, now making awesome pens as well. Smooth writing, Swiss imported cartridges, with Japanese ink. Doesn't blot or smudge, so perfect for lefties.

Other notable deals are two pens for $7.86 including postage, and three genuine ink refills for $4.58 including postage.

Note - this pen does not have Band 28, but that probably won't be too much of an issues as Telstra will most likely be down in eastern states due to a random small fire in Western Australia (or whatever they're going to blame their incompetence on this time…) ;)

  So after contacting their rep 'torben' here on ozbargain at his/her request and not ever getting a reply I decided to ask tinydeal what the news is and was told that I'm shit out of luck and its my own fault for not contacting them sooner.
  They quoted their terms of service stating they "will not entertain any claims nor accept liability for compensation for this untimely request, and any consequence arises from this shall be borne by the recipient" all because I "never contact us before, and we declared that if you don't receive it in 30 days please contact us, but you didn't, until now".

    Am shocked by your story. At first I thought tinydeal were delaying so they could avoid making any repayments but told myself I was being too cynical.

    Turns out they are Tinydeal by name and tiny deal anatomically.

  I was shocked to have a small package arrive today, the pen and 3 refills finally turned up!

  Timeframe:
  5/2 ordered
  7/2 posted
  6/4 I've sent a message to them asking what's going on, reply was to wait a further 25 business days and then make further contact.
  17/5 received order!

  Did contemplate a PayPal dispute over the weekend, but didn't get around to it.

  Still I'm not a happy camper with this mob and will be very hesitant from dealing with again in the future.

  Mine haven't arrived but if they do I'm not going to feel bad about getting a refund, wait time was crazy. If they don't arrive its even more of a disgrace because clearly they had no stock at the deals start and didnt manage to fill stock (or proactively refund) for way too long.

      that crossed my mind as well, ie. giving everyone or multiple people same tracking number and doing something so they know it won't be delivered. the tracking they used wasn't full tracking either, just within malaysia and on arrival in AU.

      but i've had a package take over 6 months from asia i sent to myself so there was always the possibility of it just taking forever.

  I remembered these pens and contacted tinydeal. They only offered store credit points :( I've raised a paypal dispute to try and get a refund.
