Pictures on pages shows what included is a Chromecast 2. Best deal so far for a Chromecast 2 is about $35, mark down TV pricing to $254 if you are into Chromecast as I am.
Also this TV is equipped with a Sharp panel which has much better reputation compare to Samsung panels.
Other specs and inclusions are rather average.

Honestly, for a 32" TV, not an issue at all.
How can we tell? On the page it does say LED.
Or can we buy some and take them to the court? We will be rich!
Actually its cheaper to buy them separately. The tv by itself is available from kogan for $219.
Shows a different panel (Samsung) - almost, but not same.
It is the same model number with the same user manual. It states on both pages it is has the Samsung panel. I was looking at this tv today and got a confirmation from kogan via email that it is the same tv. It is only a different screenshot.
Specs seem cut & paste same - Kogan seems to be giving misleading information about panel (Samsung vs Sharp).

I'm looking at it saying sharp for one and samsung on the other, with the samsung having 20ms response time to the sharp's 7ms.
The $219 one doesn't seem to play .mkv files either.
Strangely, the $219 one doesn't list 1080p as compatible, only 1080i.
I'd be careful of believing the rep on this one…
So here is the reply I received from Kogan customer service. Apparently the panels are different.

The two televisions are not the same in some of the specifications. The panel of Kogan 32" LED TV is manufactured by Samsung while the panel of Kogan 32" LED TV Including Chromecast is from Sharp.

The two 32" LED TV are both regular TVs. The only difference is that the other one includes a Chromecast. They have the same user manual and features as well.
