HN have matched the price as well http://www.harveynorman.com.au/tv-blu-ray-home-theatre/tvs/t… maybe try to get them to beat it in store?

    • You could try but getting discounts on already discounted items isn't easy.

  • HDR?

    • I recall some chatter about the European firmware update enabling HDR over HDMI but it messes up Australian Freeview.

      • You can get it with Aussie firmware too, but it's not user friendly.

  • There's a big difference between this model and last years newer M7000 models. The 55M7000 has been as low as $1050 with an eBay voucher I believe and that would be very wise money invested for what has been an extremely well reviewed TV.

  • I picked up the 50" from JB during their 15% off sale for $650. I am enjoying the TV. I believe that new models will be out later in the year hence the price reductions.

  • No deal for me considering we got this for $798 + $80 bing lee gift card (essentially $718) and that was a 58"!!

Edit: Apologies, may have been a different model I think?

    • It's been $795 before (and even $699 very briefly) but that was Nov 2016. Model might be in runout now as new models released.

  • I have a hisense tv and they are really bad at helping when the product doesnt work as intended. I would never recommend someone to buy any hisense product.

    • Makes sense

    • I recently purchased a high sense.
Good quality screen. Great for price.
But 1st week i noticed 3 dead pixels, buggy firmware and damaged panel coming from factory.
      QC could be better.
