    Just ordered via PayPal checkout. And just noticed my order confirmation saying my address is ACT but then has my correct Vic postcode in brackets. Fingers crossed.

    Quite a few comments in prior threads about qy19's working only for a month… what's the warranty and what's covered on return costs?

      I have been assured of this batch of QCY QY19 earphones having high quality checks and this 'Not working after a month' has not been occurring.
      The YOSHOP Warranty and Return Policy is HERE

      In essence, YOSHOP offer a comprehensive 45 Day Returns Warranty; you will need to follow the steps outlined on the policy if your unit is faulty.
      However, as mentioned at the end of all YOSHOP posts, please send me a PM in the first instance and I can assist with purchase and/or possible warranty issue.

    Hmm, coiled cable might be handy for travelling to the city; slightly jaded by all the previous ones I've bought which stop working after a while…anyone got one of these ?

    The YellowKnife MFi 8 Pin Cable is 100% MFi approved and contains the latest technology certification by Apple. The non-MFi cables are almost guaranteed to stop functioning after a month, but this unit will not stop working as it has been approved by Apple. No buyers' remorse guaranteed.

        True; Your link does not allow me to find YellowKnife, but the official Apple MFi list includes the company.

        As mentioned, Yellow Knife Dongguan is an MFI member, so the cable will work.

    Got myself a pair. Fingers crossed these turn out to be half decent. Plan on using them to listen to podcasts mainly - so I don't need them to sound amazing.

      I got a pair of QY19s about 6 months ago, and have been using them most days. Sound-wise I'm very happy with them. Battery life is not that great - a couple of hours or so, depending on volume.

    I bought 3 x Nitecore USB Keychain LED Light(1 colour each) from this seller from the old post here:

    lodged a dispute, the seller claiming all 3 items lost & just offer 50% partial refund!
    This is absolutely bulls**t!!

    I bought from so many other sellers - Gearbest, Tmart, heck even DX-dealextreme, & more..
    not one seller lost the parcel and claim it's my fault!
    so fellows ozbargainer, you've been warned - buy at your own risk!
    let's say if they run out of stock, or have not post the item,
    they can just offer you 50% partial refund claiming item lost in post!

        rawm got involved with my non received item (also the nitecore keychain LED) and a refund from yoshop was forthcoming, the yoshop position before his involvement was "pay 50% again or 50% get a refund" - thank you rawm for your help in resolving my previous matter with yoshop.

        I think its good form that this seller will now include trackable freight, I think they knew they needed to redeem themselves in the Ozb community.

        I did, just like jason101 above, the seller offer "get a 50% refund"
        now I am still messaging rawm, hopefully I will get a satisfied answer.
        (will post an update here how this ends)

        the seller claim they have troubles with package to Australia
        (who knows whether they sent it or not)
        and they still only offer 50% refund to buyer like me who did not receive items…

        if this is how they deal with issues, good luck buying from this seller when you lost your package!

          Here's hoping I don't have the same experience. I'll update this post if i don't receive the package. It could indicate some level of systemic deception and fraudulent practices.

    WARNING: Use paypal in case you don't receive anything after 3 months and they refuse to give you a refund. For the reason that you did not buy an insurance for delivery.
