No, I think they're new.
These are very slim fitting shirts. About one size tighter than the equivalent shirt from Charles Tyrwhitt.
For example the smallest size Tyrwhitt shirt (Extra Slim Fit) is one size slimmer than the smallest TML size (Super Fitted).
I find the Tyrwhitt shirts to be much more comfortable and better quality.Uhh, your message is a bit confused - TML super fitted is slimmer than CT's extra slim fit… and it actually comes with slimmer armholes/sleeves which is good for twigs like myself.
No judgement re: quality as I've never bought TML, only tried it on.

Also worth mentioning that TML non-iron are tighter fitting. For what it's worth, I much prefer TML over CT.

Yeah they're woeful.
They cancelled an order of mine and never even emailed me - not even an auto-email !I spent 220 with them and they didn't even send trackable package, now it's lost, the customer service said to me, you need to order 2KG or more to get trackable delivery. I was like, since when guys buy shirts by KG???
Is there a code for free shipping? It's trying to charge me $10.

I keep hearing bad things about TM Lewin from this site. But in older threads I kept seeing people hail them as good, and now I'm in the market to get some new business shirts, and I don't even know if I should go for these guys or if there are better ones.
Also, is this deal online only or in store as well?
They got a bad name as they had some discount codes that ozbargainers found a way to allow cheap shirts and free delivery. Instead of fixing the code, they cancelled everyone's order without telling them and then they were rude when you rang up to inquire where your shirt was.
In my opinion not much to choose between them and CT but TM are a slightly smaller fit. I have ordered both and found TM to be a better fit for me, but it depends on peoples preference. I would recommend if you order from CT go one size down.
They usually match in store as well I believe. The advantage for me with TM was store in Sydney so if not right size I can just take it back there and get the right size rather than send it off again.

All good now - got my order in. I was wondering when they were going to do another $30 each sale yesterday as I was grumbling to myself about the growing number of stains on my white work shirts.
Was interested in getting some new business shirts, but after reading all those negative reviews, i will give them a pass.
I see people talk about the slim fits all the time. How slim fit are we talking?
As in I like my shirt to be fitted now billowing off my body. I've tried CT Slim fit and it was like a sail on me.
I wouldn't call myself a twig either, i occasionally pick things up and put them back down again.
It's hard to describe but you can check out their sizing guide. I have the TM slimmest cut and it's great for me. I also occasionally pick things up and have a bit of a belly but it still fits fine.
Personally I do not like CT's fit at all (have tried all of them) but love TM's fit (much slimmer and well fitted), so you might like to give them a try.

Buyer beware. I purchased 2 shirts during the last sale, they got marked as shipped, months later they never came. It took me forever to get my money back and when I finally did, they partially refunded me. Then it took forever to get the last bit back. Still to this day, over 6 months later the shirts have no arrived. I can only assume they were never shipped in the first place.
I bought 2 in the recent sale (last month I think?) and it came within 3 weeks. Bit of a hit and miss I suppose?
