Hi Shads, I just went through this with them, 4 failed payment because they sent 2 codes to the issuer ANZ via text message verication, which resulted in payments being blocked. I used a different card and it all went through ok eventually. Paid $55.60 which is the same price as G2A $55.67 @ https://www.g2a.com/xbox-live-12-months-gold-subscription-ca…

Just checked my order status on the website and says it was cancelled. No emails to tell me why.
To be honest, it was a pain to purchase through and I was in limbo wondering if I was about to be charged for 4 subscriptions as I had 4 order numbers. Personally, I wont race to buy from again when there are easier alternatives, but I did like the one time payment code for online transaction for security, NOW I know about it.
You should probably mention that the subtotal price you have indicated is if you pay via Paypal due to your 4% processing fee. 2% fee if you pay via VISA/Mastercard… don't know why you need to charge a "processing fee" anyway.
Also your checkout process is very strange… went to order and pay via credit card, takes me to the payment screen which is fine, then after I complete the payment page it takes me back to my basket showing the 12 month membership I'm trying to buy… it looks like I haven't placed an order at all… but then I get an email saying the order is received and the code emailed as soon as payment is received. Order #195100525079
Anyway, hope I get the code soon.
