The Explorer S is a new budget friendly action camera from Elephone that is capable of recording 4K @ 30fps, 2.7K @ 30fps and 1080p @ 60fps. It's also capable of filming slow motion at 120fps. The camera can capture photos up to 16.0MP, has a 170 degree wide angle lens with a 2.0" screen and support for MicroSD cards up to 128GB.

With built-in WiFi you can connect the camera to an app to preview the photos/video and control the camera itself. The waterproof case provides protection up to 30m and other accessories including various mounts are included.

The iFive Mini 4S is a 7.9" Android 6.0 tablet using the powerful RK3288 CPU and Mali-T760 GPU suitable for gaming. It has 2GB of RAM with 32GB of storage which is expandable via a MicroSD card. The display has a fully laminated 2048x1536 resolution display and the tablet has a metal build.     That's a nifty trick on a 8MP sensor.
    There no way this does native 4k without interpolation.

      No dashcam mode. I'd suggest getting an actual dashcam as they're designed for it.
