  • Great price/product but be careful buying from these guys.

Bought one last deal for $6USD, it arrived completely defective (would only work when plugged in to charger). Customer service would only 'offer' me a replacement for $3USD, or get a $2USD 'refund'.

Don't buy from them if you're not willing to risk this too but you get what you pay for.

    • thanks for that, was thinking about getting it coz there's nothing wrong with the product but if customer service is below par, I would take my money and shop elsewhere

Stainless steel key ring connector withstands up to 35kg

But not the plastic it's embedded into - mine broke in my pocket.

    • +1

      But you weigh over 35KG.

  • Anybody have any experience of how long the battery will hold charge assuming it isn't in frequent use?

    • +1

I left it for a week without charging used it a few times (few mins each) and it took 15-20 mins to recharge, so it does hold its charge well - full recharge is 90-120 mins I think.

    • +1

I can't remember the last time I charged mine, but it's been well over a month and it still seems perfectly fine. I use it now and then, probably once a week for a few mins at a time.

    • +1

Mine usually needs a charge every month or so. It's amazing how many times you end up using it because it's conveniently sitting with your keys in your pocket. Handy little torch!

    • +2

Depends on usage but in my experience - months.
Only recently recharged mine for the first time after owning it for at least 6 months of occasional use.

Very useful product; tough, compact, light, cheap and the two default brightness levels are ideal for 'find a keyhole in the dark without burning a retina' and 'illuminate several metres radius in pitch darkness'.

  • +1

I bought one of these keyring torches, they're good for the price, I'm happy with it. It's very light weight, and not much bigger than the keys so it doesn't stick out. Light output is OK, not too bright but enough to see where you're stepping on a dark road (that's on the high setting). Low setting isn't very bright at all.

    Only 45 Lumens

    • Just fixed the code, sorry for the inconvenience

      • The code now works on the cart, but when I go to checkout/Paypal to pay it comes up at full price without the code….

Edit: and signing up to the site… when you go to checkout the code is removed and full price appears…
Edit: it works if you order 2 different colours… doesn't work for a single item or 2 of the same colour…

      • +1

Price rises again on check out.

  • have been using this light as an EDC keychain for about 2 years now and it comes super handy at times. Only downside is that the color temp is cool white, i would rather want that to be natural white. Other than that i would def recommend this light.
