      That's dependent on your hosting plan. You can usually add as many email addresses as you like.

      GoDaddy usual have coupons floating around like this recent one for 30% off. Otherwise, I usually just find one on Retailmenot

      As for hosting, there are lots of cheap hosting options out there. Depends what you need to do. For blog purposes, why not just set up a free blog at Wordpress and then set your domain name to redirect there?

      I've been using Crucial Paradigm for a few years. They are reliable and have good performance. You can get a 1GB for ~$40 AUD a year. It's an Australian company, so you can pay via direct deposit if necessary. More of their deals here

      You can host with them but I do not recommend it. Their hosting is not great from my experience. I've been using byethost.com for over 3 years and it only costs me $3 US a month. There has rarely been any downtime and their hosting plans are very generous.
