I think I will wait for Telstra eBay to stock these.

I just bought the Gear S2 from Telstra eBay this morning. Wish I can get the S3 from Telstra eBay next year

Cheaper through mobileciti with frequent 15% off sames on ebay

  • I have the S2 gear, good watch, good battery life, easy menu, great for notifications but to be fair there are few apps that are worth using on the watch when your phone is in your pocket.
I use timers, pedometer, notifications etc but for text messages or voice control I tend to use the phone…

I like the look of the Frontier… it's a bit more rugged than the classic

  • Thoughts if they'd likely release a new one near the Note 8?

Speculation (i.e. complete guesses) on the web is September/October for a new Gear smartwatch but nothing else I've seen.
Note 8 sounds like it'll be announced in August and become available shortly after.

Again, nothing but rumours and speculation from what I've seen - so take it all with a grain of salt.

  • Amazon deal was way better but of course not Aussie stock.
