ALDI - Bauhn Noise Cancelling Headphones $39

120

Just thought it makes sense to mention this deal from Aldi. Checked reviews and looks like a good deal to try for this money:

So these cancel ALDI noise ?

    • +2
      • doesn't work against toddlers, crying women and Aldi
    • you clearly offended an ALDI employee

    • Don't worry JV your joke didn't fly over my head.

      • +2

Me too. Can't say for ALDI rest though.

    it this Bluetooth?

  • +2

They have a good return policy. Bought some last time, tried on a trip to the US and returned. The noise cancelling on a plane was very average even for the price. For background household noise though they were good for the $$$. Set expectations accordingly.

Damn it, I just paid $254 for some QC35's …

    • +1

this is cheap! where did you find this price?

      • Ebay promo… 600 sold in 10 minutes

        • :( that's shame - I will have 24 hours flight in two weeks and it would have been a good catch.

        • @Novousp: Next month I will have 4x15 hours flights and that's why I bought these: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/311953 … but $39 I would probably give it a go…

    • +6

I will gladly take those off your hands and get you not one, not two, but THREE of these Aldi ones! Call now and I'll throw in some Aldi compression tights! Don't miss this offer!

    • May I ask who was the seller and if you would recommend the seller?

      • Unless you can go back in time it's pointless, the ship has sailed.

        • Always love to hear any feedback on their purchase from ozbargainer fellow. If the seller is not a trustworthy one, should try to avoid at all cost regardless of good price.

Title should read "Bauhn Noise-Cancelling Headphones $39 at Aldi" to avoid jvesque comments.

    • are you sure this is the same brand? I am not 100% sure

      • +2

Huh? I'm confused. Are you reading jvesque as a brand of headphones?

        • +4

          jvesque as a brand

          and what's wrong with that?

        • +2

          @jv:

          Never a bargain.

      • +2

Take a look at the picture in the Aldi link, if you want to be 100% sure Novousp ;-)

  • You can buy some weir stuff from ALDI.

  • +3

Can it cancel my wife noise?

    • Depends how loud you make her scream.

      • 😂

  • Are they better than Sony MDR 1000X?

    • +5

      Yes. Beat them hands down.

    • +3

Easily. These are multiple tiers above the MDR 1000X.

    • Definitely better in price.

  • I tried to tell my neighbour about this deal but he didn't hear me with his ALDI noise cancelling headset on

  • +3

Small nit pick: $39.99 is not $39. If you must round, round to $40.

  • Price is off by a whole $1. $39.99 it is. Retailers always round it up to $40 at the checkout.

  • So these are corded?

  • Built-in rechargeable battery ? Does this mean they are cordless, if so how do they connect? @Novousp commented not Bluetooth.

    • +1

Battery is to stop the noise getting in - a circuit, not provide Bluetooth etc.

  • +1

Just picked up a set of these this morning - they seem pretty good, are well made, come in a nice case, and the NC works pretty well too. Definitely a bargain for $40.

  • Just in case someone wanted to buy but they sold out - we are going to return one, if you want to grab it - you're welcome (bought two and the second doesn't fit too well to one of the heads),

    • That's nice but without telling everyone what store you purchased them from, your comment is pointless.

    • Have you got two heads?
